Recommended Care: Wash with mild soapy water and rinse thoroughly. Do not soak or place in the dishwasher. Dry completely before storing. If the surface becomes rough, gently sand with 220-grit sandpaper. Wipe away dust, apply food-safe mineral oil, and allow it to soak in for several hours or overnight. Wipe off any excess oil, then finish with our board conditioner (made with beeswax) to keep it smooth and well-protected.
