We treat every board with food grade mineral oil and butcher block conditioner. Butcher Block Conditioner is a combination of pure USP grade mineral oil, beeswax, and carnauba wax.

Do NOT use on stove or in oven.
They are NOT dishwasher safe.
Do NOT soak the boards in water.
Wash with water and dish soap.
When needed lightly sand the board using 220 grit or higher sand paper. Wipe off and use mineral oil or butcher block conditioner to seal the board. Follow the directions on the bottles.
