Do NOT use on stove or in oven.

They are NOT dishwasher safe.

Do NOT soak the boards in water.

To care for the board:

Wash in warm soapy water and rinse well.

Allow to thoroughly dry.

When needed lightly sand the board using 220 grit or higher sandpaper. Wipe off and use mineral oil or butcher block conditioner to seal the board. Follow the directions on the bottles.
