Made from natural bamboo and walnut wood. It is treated with food safe mineral oil and butcher block conditioner with beeswax. Measures: 16 1/2 x 6 3/8 inches.

To care for the board:

Wash in warm soapy water and rinse well.

Allow to thoroughly dry.

When needed sand lightly with 220 grit sandpaper.

Wipe dust away and wipe with food safe mineral oil (can be found on Amazon). Or you can uses butcher block conditioner in the same way as the food safe mineral oil.

Allow to soak in and wipe off excess oil.
